Ok does it have rear suspension how about to diameter of the rear wheel and the amount of clearance you wish and a length along the out side . also it is hard to tell cross sectional height, it looks deep . 5 1/2 wide? I am not sure at that radius how deep I can go. Material desired ? Ken

No rear suspension..... Fender is 5 1/2 inches wide, 15 inches long. The wheel diameter is 10 inches plus about 2 1/2 inches of tire on each side, so approximately 15 inches total diameter for tire and wheel. Add about 1/2 inch or so for clearance should be fine. Raw steel for the material, will be painted or powder coated later. As I said, I can send you the plastic one so you have it to go off of. These measurements are just to give you an idea.

I am not too concerned about the side height of the fender. Just go as deep as you can.

is the fender your are measuring a front , and mounting for rear not on the sides ?

Not sure if the fender I am measuring is meant to be front or rear.... It was just the closest thing that would fit, and all I could find. Mounting will most likely be on the top, not those holes on the sides. If you look at the pic of the bike, you can see a metal tab underneath the seat. Fender will probably be bolted to that from underneath. Or possibly I could make some fender struts. Don't know yet. But the fender will need the indentations on the sides for the chain to clear, etc...

So here is some #s to make you a fender say 5 1/2" wide with 1 3/4 -2" depth in cross section by some reasonable length { I question if you were curving the tape around the outside to get the length } $115 for 1 or $200 for 2 in steel in aluminum commercial polish $135 for 1 or $225 for 2 if you want to go stainless $160 for 1 or $275 for 2 . The reason I quoted alloy and stainless is by the time you pay for finishing The price difference may disappear. These figures do not include brackets or indents to clear what ever. To give you an idea is probably better part of 6 hrs + materials .so i am not getting rich at these prices .but trying to recoup some of the costs of an expensive hobby in tough times. Ken
